Shotspotter activation 13 rounds at 26xx 17th Ave S. There was a prior 911 caller who said their dog got out of the yard and the neighbor previously threatened to shoot the dog, and they saw the neighbor with a gun after the dog got out
SAINT PAUL: About a half-dozen 911 callers reported hearing gunfire in the area of Farrington & Front Ave. around 9:50 p.m., from 7-10 gunshots heard. - Officers just reported finding spent casings near the intersection. There's no initial report of injury

About 5a. police had a Kia take off near 26th/Lyndale Ave S. They found it a short time later on Bryant Ave S & saw people running in the area of Hennepin/Franklin. Another cop said there've been "number of carjackings & robberies" in the same area with suspects in all black
SWAT and 20-30 policemen were there for 5 hours including DEA and animal control. Five people were originally cuffed. There was a prior police incident at the house with police guns drawn during a domestic incident
. Before 9 a.m., Xcel requested police to a residence where they were cutting power where someone on site was stealing power and previously pulled a gun on Xcel workers. 43rd and Chicago Ave
. This gunshot victim found in Fridley stemmed from a shooting in Brooklyn Park at McDonalds, 1480 85th Ave N. Police found several spent shell casings in the parking lot. Witnesses with the victim were uncooperative. The male victim sustained a non-life-threatening GSouth-West

About 11:45 p.m., two vehicle crash at 4th St N and 1st Ave N. One vehicle fled w a possibly intoxicated driver, female, blonde, Nissan Altima. Transit PD has now stopped that vehicle and the driver is in custody at 2nd and Portland Ave.
A group that was kicked out of Boom Island Park by Park PD on a disturbance is reportedly headed to the Stone Arch Bridge
