SAINT PAUL: Ford Parkway & Snelling Ave South - Emergency crews responded to a report of a vehicle crash. Officers arrived and reported the driver was unconscious with a gunshot wound to the head, possibly self-inflicted. Medics are transporting and roads in the area are closed
