SAINT PAUL: Firefighters are on scene near Warner Rd. & Childs Rd. with a fully involved locomotive. Crews have requested a full first-alarm assignment and a HazMat crew to respond. Police have arrived and closed Warner Rd. in both directions as firefighters work the blaze
