FRIDLEY: State Troopers had one flee from a traffic stop near I-694, then a foot pursuit north, where the suspect ran into an apartment building at 17x Charles St NE. - The suspect was eventually taken into custody by around 11 p.m

2 year agoMedics reported the victim is a mid-20s male with a gunshot wound to the chest and an exit wound out the back. He was reported to be alert at the scene. Officers from multiple jurisdictions are assisting with a wide perimeter in the area
