MINNEAPOLIS: Officers were in a foot pursuit after a suspect fled from a vehicle on the 900 block of 22nd Ave. S. - Pursuit started in Roseville. The suspect was apprehended after a State Patrol plane tracked them to near Cedar Ave. & Franklin Ave., now in custody
