A man was shot and killed inside a vehicle Monday night in Saint Paul, marking the city’s second homicide in three days as investigators work to identify those responsible
Saint Paul Police officers responded to the 100 block of Oneida Street on reports of shots fired. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male victim inside a vehicle who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. Officers began life-saving measures. Unfortunately, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
