SAINT PAUL: 3xx Edmund Ave. W. - Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot in the chest and neck around 4 a.m. Officers began CPR and medics transported the man to the hospital, where he later died. Investigators say the suspect arrived in a Lyft and then ran out of the back door on foot
