6 month agoWILLMAR: Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of 7th Ave. SE. just after 11 p.m. on a shooting. Officers reported a victim was located and the suspect fled prior to officers arriving. Paramedics arrived at the scene but cleared shortly after without transporting.
