Officers on scene after a report of a shooting near E. 26th St. & Cedar Ave. One gunshot victim has been located by police, reportedly unconscious but still with a pulse. Medics have been cleared in to respond. The suspect shooter was reported to be a heavyset white male last seen going southbound on 18th Ave. S. from E. 26th St., along with a white female. Traffic in the area is being shut down as investigation takes place.
