COON RAPIDS: Police searching for a male suspect who reportedly charged a Reserve officer at the 4th of July Carnival, in the area of 3026 111th Ave. NW. - The suspect was seen running southbound past the Ice Center with a handgun in his waistband.
Police report at least 100 juveniles shooting fireworks. On the SE Mpls side of the Stone Arch Bridge. Requesting back up, giving dispersal orders, but it's quickly slipping away.
