Stillwater police say they responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a garbage truck earlier this morning on the 900 block of Willard St. W. - The adult female victim died at the scene and investigation is underway
Officers approached the garage with K9 and made announcements for the suspect to exit. The suspect was found inside, kneeling down with his hands on his head and was taken into custody just before 9 a.m

1 year agoSAINT PAUL: Troopers were following a stolen black Ford Fusion and made a felony stop near Front Ave. and Virginia St. - Trooper 8 helicopter overhead and officers now have all occupants in custody, are Code 4/situation under control
NORTH ST. PAUL: Officers dispatched to 27xx 6th Ave. E. after a male reportedly fired a gun inside the home. Three children and two adults were safely evacuated, but the suspect refused to exit.
