Isanti Co. officers were in pursuit of a driver who fled from a traffic stop. Officers initially lost sight of the vehicle but it was later involved in a crash near the A&W, 820 Main St. S., with the male driver fleeing on foot. A search is still underway in the area
Fatal Traffic Crash: SPPD officers are on the scene of a fatal crash involving two vehicles on Cretin Ave N near the intersection of Mississippi River Blvd. In one of the vehicles, a passenger was killed. A second was injured. The facts of the crash are under investigation
