2 years agoOfficers were guided by the helicopter to the suspect, who was on foot, northeast of Concord St. & Chestnut St. E. after he got into the bulk terminal area north of the Rod and Gun Club. Officers directed the suspect onto the ground, he was compliant and is now in custody
