BLOOMINGTON: State Troopers were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle from Dakota County, northbound on I-35E, then westbound on I-494. - Apple Valley had been in pursuit earlier, then Burnsville, before Troopers spotted the vehicle and picked up pursuit. -
