2 years agoSAINT PAUL: Ramsey County deputies were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle southbound on I-35E, were able to deploy stopsticks to deflate the vehicle's tires and made a PIT maneuver at about 28 mph near Como Ave. & Rice St., with 4 juveniles fleeing on foot. All 4 now in custody
