MPD confirms the shooting at 26th and Cedar Ave is the city's 37th homicide. A male in his 20s died as a result of his injuries. No suspects are in custody

Police in Minneapolis are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred around 10pm near E 26th St. and Cedar Ave. Police say a man in his 20s was shot and taken to the hospital, where he later died. No arrests have been made. It's the city's 37th homicide of the year
SHOOTING at Lasalle and Oak Grove. Police arrived, located BM victim down at 13th and Willow. Ragged breathing, weak pulse. Requesting a sergeant and crime scene tape. Victim now in full cardiac arrest. (we just posted that policemen heard shots in the area)

Columbia Heights had a shootout inside an apartment building at 47xx Central Ave NE just before 8 p.m. There was a large PD response, K9, etc. No victims were found immediately, but we did post the GSW at HCMC just after 8p.

One of the shooters was described as a male wearing a silver jacket and who was armed with a "long gun." Officers recovered rifle casings and handgun casings inside the building, and found blood on one of the doors
COLUMBIA HEIGHTS: Shots fired - 47xx Central Ave. NE. - Officers are investigating after a report of multiple shooters exchanging gunfire. Casings from two different firearms have been found inside the apartment building and Crime Lab requested. No confirmation of any injury

Officers are searching an area east of Lynn Ave. & 125th for a male suspect who reportedly assaulted his mother and may be armed with a hatchet. K9, State Patrol flight support requested, and Burnsville PD assisting
Officers were sent to a senior living apartment on the 700 block of E. 7th St. just before 7 p.m., SPPD said. Officers arrived & made entry into the apartment, where they found the man, believed to be in his late 40s. Investigators determined the shooting was not self-inflicted
