Report of a vehicle taken at gunpoint now near Lake St and Stevens Ave S. Toyota Camry, no plates. 21:20 Police arriving in the area, the car was ditched near 29xx 3rd Ave S. Suspects possibly went into a house on the corner of that block
HOPE: Structure fire - 5601 Quebec Ave. N. - Firefighters are on scene a three-story apartment building, reporting a working fire on multiple floors, requesting a 2nd alarm

STILLWATER: Fire and EMS are on scene in the 500 block of Alder St. E. after a person in the St. Croix River was reportedly struck in the face by a boat propeller. Responders have the victim on shore now and report they have multiple lacerations to the face and arm
. Police report hearing possible gunfire south near 14th and Lasalle, possibly south of I94. Another officers said possibly Nicollet. Now a new report of shots at 19th and 1st Ave

Northfield PD is looking for 6-year-old Elle Ragin. Her mother, Lisa Wade was found dead Saturday of an apparent suicide at an apartment on the 600 block of Maple Brook Ct in Northfield. Police have reason to believe Ragin could be in danger.
