2 year agoBLOOMINGTON/EAGAN: BPD was in pursuit of a vehicle with stolen plates, eastbound on I-494. The driver continued southbound on Hwy. 77 into Eagan, where officers disabled the vehicle with a PIT maneuver right under the Diffley Ave. overpass
