Two people were taken into custody from the suspect vehicle and officers searched for the driver, described as a Native American female wearing a black hoodie. The vehicle came back stolen
EAGAN: Officers were in pursuit of a driver who fled from an attempted traffic stop, with the pursuit ending near Cliff Rd. & Blackhawk Rd., where the driver fled on foot eastbound around 11:25 p.m. - Officers set up a perimeter and the State Patrol helicopter responded overhead

A bicyclist reported shots at SE Franklin and E River Pkwy. When police arrived, the cyclist told police the shots came from the west side of the river
