The Durango was found unoccupied, reportedly with a shoulder holster inside, on the 500 block of W. Michigan St., and officer were searching with K9 in that area for the suspect
SOUTH ST. PAUL: Officers are on scene after a reportedly suicidal male was armed with a knife outside a residence on the 200 block of South St. W. - The man may have access to guns and has since re-entered the residence. SWAT has been requested and medics are staging
