A witness initially reported to 911 that the victim had a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to initial dispatch audio, but SPPD confirmed that the shooting was being investigated as a homicide. More information is expected later this morning

A possible suspect vehicle is a white 2021 Kia Sorrento, last seen southbound on Cedar Ave. S. from the initial shooting location

Initial info indicates the three victims are all from the same shooting. An officer reported there were four people inside a vehicle that was struck. Two people were reportedly injured, one found DOA and another occupant of the vehicle was uninjured
