Overnight, on Highway 13 in Savage, a Dodge Ram pickup truck ran a red light at Egan Drive and hit a Honda Civic. The driver and other occupants in the truck then fled the scene before police arrived. State Patrol says the driver of the Civic has life-threatening injuries
