SAINT PAUL: A suspect fled from a previously stolen vehicle in the area of Arundel St. & Thomas Ave. W., heading northbound on foot. - Suspect is a younger black male wearing a blue hoodie. Officers are continuing to check the area after the end of a short pursuit
