2 year agoPolice say they tried calling the man, bringing his parents to the scene and tried numerous times to get him to surrender. After 6 hours of negotiations the man was shot with life threatening injuries and died the hospital.

2 year ago@MinneapolisPD and SWAT are going on nearly 7.5 hours working to end a standoff peacefully with a man who barricaded himself inside an apartment building on the third floor. Residents have been evacuated.
. 2:30 a.m., this is still ongoing. The suspect is still barricaded inside, and police are trying to negotiate with him. Sounds like they have his dad with them and are trying to have him talk to his son
2 year agoSAINT PAUL: A driver being pursued by State Patrol crashed near Concordia Ave. & Western Ave. and fled on foot. - SPPD officers assisted and the suspect was taken into custody after being found hiding underneath a semi nearby
This shooting happened in NEMPLS near McD's or Speedway at Broadway St NE and University Ave NE. Police found 8 spent casings at Speedway. There was a prior report of shots fired near the location
The driver eventually slowed to around 20 mph. - Officers made a felony stop near White Bear & Belland Ave. and had three in custody by just before 1 a.m
