. 2:30 a.m., this is still ongoing. The suspect is still barricaded inside, and police are trying to negotiate with him. Sounds like they have his dad with them and are trying to have him talk to his son
2 year agoSAINT PAUL: A driver being pursued by State Patrol crashed near Concordia Ave. & Western Ave. and fled on foot. - SPPD officers assisted and the suspect was taken into custody after being found hiding underneath a semi nearby
This shooting happened in NEMPLS near McD's or Speedway at Broadway St NE and University Ave NE. Police found 8 spent casings at Speedway. There was a prior report of shots fired near the location
The driver eventually slowed to around 20 mph. - Officers made a felony stop near White Bear & Belland Ave. and had three in custody by just before 1 a.m

MPD says they responded to an apartment on 21 Ave S around 9:30p on a report of shots fired. When they arrived, more shots were heard. MPD moved residents away from scene. They are now negotiating with suspect who is inside an apartment. No reports of any injuries at this point
