420 4th St. E. – Just before 11:40 pm Tuesday, officers responded to a shooting that left one person dead at the scene and two women injured. A 35-year-old was shot in the right lower leg and a 22-year-old was shot in the right foot. A fourth victim is believed to have self-transported to the hospital and their extent of injuries is unknown. While officers were on scene, a large fight broke out and a help call was issued for additional units. The investigation is still active.
