SAINT PAUL: Shooting reported outside the Foundry Pub, 1201 Jackson St. - A gunshot victim arrived at Regions Hospital shortly before 1 a.m. after shots were reportedly fired outside the bar. Victim reported to be a 20s male shot in the stomach and side.
