SAINT PAUL: Robbery - 10xx Jessamine Ave. E. - Squads are on scene of a 14-year-old shot multiple times with a pellet gun. Five to six suspects shot the juvenile and took the victims phone before fleeing. Police are reporting the victim has minor injuries
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as Marcus Anthony Baker Jr., 20, of Saint Paul. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call 651-266-5650
