1 year agoMINNEAPOLIS: Officers were in pursuit of a stolen Ford Edge, occupied by a narcotics dealer known to flee, according to initial dispatches. The driver exited southbound I-35W at Lake St. and fled on foot eastbound after officers attempted a PIT maneuver.
