About 12:35 a.m., responders were out with a person with a self inflicted gunshot wound near 35W and Washington Ave S
# Around 12:30a @StPaulFireDept called to Mississippi River near Marshall St Bridge & Mississippi River Blvd. 5 potential victims in water. 4 were rescued. Search for the 5th will resume at sunrise. Preliminary info given to firefighters.these are all teens
