The standoff continues in Duluth. Authorities are trying to get the suspect in the fatal shooting of Police K-9 Luna to voluntarily surrender
Entering hour 15 of the standoff in Lincoln Park. Duluth police, St. Louis County Sheriff, and Superior police are responding. They announce over speaker for the suspect to come out without a weapon.
Here's the scene on the 2300 block of 4th St in Duluth. Police responded to a call of domestic violence. They say the man inside has felony warrants and refused to surrender. The suspect shot & killed a K9 named Luna who was responding on scene. Stand off continues
