An officer spotted this vehicle near Magnolia Ave. E. & Johnson Pkwy. around 12:30 a.m. and initiated pursuit. The driver continued at speeds more than 50+ MPH until he crashed near White Bear Ave and Cottage Ave. E. minutes later. Officer requested EMS for the occupants
