WOODBURY: Driving complaint near eastbound I-94 & Radio Dr. - 20 vehicles, all Dodge Chargers or similar, "slamming on their brakes" and speeding to 100 mph. Three of the vehicles were white and reportedly had fake blood splattered on them for Halloween, one with "run" on the side

One of the people killed was a resident at the sober home who was found in an upstairs bedroom in a pool of blood. The other was a handyman on site doing work. He was found in a pool of blood in the basement. Police located a bloody knife and a bloody hammer at the scene
