ST. PAUL: A 911 caller in the drive-thru of Wendy's at 255 Maryland Ave. E. reported a driver struck her vehicle multiple times before fleeing. RCSO's Bob Fletcher caught up with the suspect driver in the area, who was reportedly swerving and may have been intoxicated
The driver eventually pulled over on the 1300 block of Westminster just after midnight and they were code 4/under control on the stop. Damage to the caller's vehicle was said to be minimal and they declined to make a report
