Police say an 18-year-old boy who was shot last night in the 1800 block of Nicollet Avenue has died of his injuries; his death is the city's 66th homicide of the year
Police are investigating a double shooting that happened a short time ago in the area of W. Broadway/Penn, in which a man and woman were shot while sitting in a vehicle; officials say the man suffered serious injuries

Community activists say the person killed in a north side shooting late Wednesday afternoon was a 16-year-old boy. It's the 65th homicide of 2020 in Minneapolis. He was shot just before 4 p.m. near Logan Ave. N. & Lowry Ave. and died at the scene

Another round of dispersal orders were being giving in a parking lot near the 5th Precinct in south Minneapolis around 12:30 a.m. for people refusing to leave the area
MINNEAPOLIS: *STABBING* - 31x 26th Ave. N. - Officers out with a victim stabbed in the stomach, requesting medics code 3. - The suspect is a white female, 5' 3", 175 lbs., brown hair, with a tattoo on the left side of her neck. No clothing description aired
Estimates of as many as 20 arrests outside the 5th Precinct moments ago. Person on the ground said the protesters were "surrounded" by State Patrol and those on the ground in flex-cuffs say they "can't feel our fingers

ST. PAUL: Westminster St. & Lawson Ave. E - A smaller white SUV is reported to be following a SPPD squad car. Officer is calling for another officer to make a traffic stop on the vehicle. the vehicle is heading EB on Lawson at a high rate of speed.
ST. PAUL: 5xx Stryker Ave. - 6-year-old reported to be unresponsive and "may have been given a drug
MINNEAPOLIS: Weapons/prop. damage - 11xx Hennepin Ave. - "Intoxicated homeless male" pulled a knife on a customer & broke out the glass on the front door of the pizza shop. He left the area on foot. Suspect: black male, mid-30s, wearing a light blue t-shirt and navy colored khakis
BROOKLYN PARK: A shots fired incident is under investigation after officers located a "crime scene" on the 6300 block of Zane Ave. N. earlier tonight. @BPPD says no one was injured nor property damaged, but did not elaborate on what type of crime scene was found
MINNEAPOLIS: Officers were investigating a confirmed stolen vehicle in the area of 37th & Chicago Ave. and preparing to tow the vehicle. They reported that the crowd was growing more "hostile," and they pulled out of the area, leaving the stolen vehicle
ANDOVER: Shoplifting in Progress - Target, 2000 Bunker Lake Blvd - Staff is reporting that a male, who they believe to be under the influence of drugs, is stuffing merchandise into a suitcase. Suspect is a white male in his 40s wearing a grey shirt

MINNEAPOLIS: Strong-arm robbery and assault - 35xx W. 32nd St. - Suspects were in a black SUV, driver was Hispanic female with long hair, 20-30 years old. The vehicle left in an unknown direction

MINNEAPOLIS: Suspicious - McDonald's, 3110 E. Lake St. - Caller reports that a white vehicle has been following an Amazon truck, stealing packages. The caller followed that vehicle to the McDonald's, where they believe the suspect works
Structure Fire - 2700 block of Lyndale Ave N. Fire reported in the attic of a 2 1/2 story residential home. Fire was extinguished using hand lines. No victims or injuries reported. Cause of the fire is under investigation
