ST. PAUL: Officers requested to the SPPD HQ at 367 Grove St. for a male who somehow made it onto the lower part of the building's roof. - PD requested Fire respond with a ladder truck, but he eventually came down and was detained by 12:30 a.m
ST. PAUL: Burglary - 4xx Robert St. N. - A suspect reportedly smashed the window of a bike shop and stole a bike. Suspect described as a black male wearing a tan hoodie and dark pants, last seen southbound on Robert St
ST. PAUL: Shots fired - 5xx Central Ave. W. - Officers investigating reports of gunfire heard in the area found two vehicles with bullet damage and an ammunition magazine in the roadway. No reports of injuries
