FRIDLEY: SHOOTING - 7178 University Ave NE (Two Stooges) - Squads on scene with two victims shot inside with serious injuries. Tourniquets have been applied to both victims, medics cleared in. Two suspects fled, one wearing a red puffy coat, unknown if they left in a vehicle
Non-resident wielding a hatchet gained entrance into the building, now in the hallway. 24xx Central Ave NE Suspect: Somali M, 30s, dark clothing. Has been in the building frequently and is known to use drugs. 21:17
