The Minnesota State Patrol says a Wisconsin man has been killed in a crash on Highway 36 in Lake Elmo. The crash happened just before 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the state patrol. They say a Kenworth semi truck and a Toyota Scion were both headed east on Highway 36.
