Moorhead Police have identified the homeowner who was injured in a fire that has been ruled an arson. According to information released Thursday, March 22, Constance Gail Thompson, 64, was home alone when she called 911 to report her house at 1924 29th St. Circle S. was on fire around 9 p.m. Monday, March 19.
